Messaging Terms

Lead and Campaign Responsibility

MoneyWayAI does not support scraped, purchased, rented, or non-consented contact lists for SMS campaigns. Any workflow that sends messages must use appropriate consent, opt-out handling, and provider approval before launch.

Third-Party Services

Future workflows may use providers such as Firebase, Cloudflare, GitHub, advertising platforms, CRM tools, and SMS providers. Their own terms and policies may apply.
